Juniper Coffee + Eatery sits across from San Juan College and builds its menu around local and Indigenous ingredients. Standouts include blue corn bowls, blue corn waffles, and breakfast burritos, and the space, lined with contemporary Native American art, is a regular weekday anchor for remote workers settling in with a laptop. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays, 8 to 2 on Saturdays.
