Yesterday marked an important day in our community's history, as our Franklin County Government opened up the 1892 Cornerstone Time Capsule. The opening of the time capsule program was joyful, engaging, anticipatory, and festive. There were four generations of Franklin Countians there, and they were all on the edge of their seats.
