Amanda & Jeff Hartlage (with their four-legged family member Luna) journeyed from Falls of Rough, Kentucky in search of that perfect piece of land and reliable fiber internet. What they found was so much more.

"As we searched for land, we fell in ♥️ with Tell City," Amanda shares. "We both grew up in Southern Indiana, so moving back felt like coming full circle. The quiet streets, thoughtful progress, and the Hoosier National Forest just minutes away captivated us immediately."

For Erica Gilbert, who left the bustle of Midlothian, Illinois behind, Perry County offered exactly what she was seeking.

"I was attracted to Perry County's small town vibe and abundance of nature," she explains. "Coming from a larger city, I didn't expect to connect so quickly – but within just two hours of arriving, I'd already met both of my neighbors! This place is exactly what I was looking for: small city charm with nature at my back door."
