Fall movies in the park and a fall festival!

The city of Texarkana, Texas and their parks and recreation department has a unique, annual fall tradition. Movies are shown outdoors on a big screen a few times during the month of October, always ending with "The Town that Dreaded Sundown," the movie about the Texarkana Phantom Killer, serial killer.
