 was the place to be on Saturday, October 4th, as The Parlor City kicked off chili season with a full day of fun, flavor, and hometown pride!

From the Firefighters’ Pancake & Sausage Breakfast to the Walk Steady for Rock Steady, the brand-new Oktoberfest 5K & Pretzel Dash, and the always-popular Bluffton NOW! Chili Cook-Off, the day was packed with plenty of community spirit.

Over 18 local competitors brought the heat to the Chili Cook-Off, filling downtown with amazing aromas and friendly competition. Events like these remind us what makes Wells County so special — neighbors coming together to give back, get active, and celebrate local flavor. 🍲❤️
