Bloomington is currently recruiting job-seekers who:
Make at least $20,000 in their current employment and will secure full-time employment earning at least $55,000 annually in Bloomington or the broader Monroe County, IN for the entirety of the program term
Are 18 years or older
Currently reside outside the state of Indiana
Must relocate primary residence to Monroe County, IN within 6 months
Will provide employment and residency documentation to determine eligibility
Remote workers, gig workers and self-employed workers are not eligible

I’m a current resident of the state—am I eligible for the program?
