Not just for tourists, the city of Niagara Falls is home to nearly 50,000 who enjoy low cost of living and all the amenities required by visitors to the famous attraction. Move to Niagara Falls and the city will pay your student loan debt - up to $7,000 over the course of two years. Program participants will reside in the Downtown Niagara Falls neighborhood which includes the Park Place Historic District, mixed use modernized apartment buildings and single family homes. The up and coming neighborhood is a walkable distance from Niagara Falls State Park and the Niagara Gorge.

Remote Workers accepted into Bluffton's relocation program will receive one free membership to the Bluffton Chamber of Commerce (valued at $150). This gives you access to most Chamber events for free and is a great opportunity to get involved in the community. The Chamber will throw in another membership if you bring your spouse as well (another $150).  They will also be giving out discounts for their major events throughout the year (up to $200 in discounts).  

Bluffton

Located in the heart of South Carolina’s Lowcountry region, Bluffton offers stunning scenery, rich history, and plenty of southern charm. Learn about the town’s historical significance at the Heyward House Museum in the Old Town Bluffton Historic District, or find a sunny spot along the May River for fishing, swimming, boating, and more. Spend a day browsing unique shops like the Bluffton General Store and Gigi’s Boutique, or explore the town’s artistic side at Jacob Preston Pottery and the Red Piano Art Gallery.
