We're inviting job-seekers to make their home in Northwest Kansas!
This program exists to help you find local employment, offset some of your move costs with $5,000 cash, and provide support as you settle into the community. In addition to the region's centralized job board, participants will receive support from the program in their employment search. We can't wait to meet you!
Please note: Our local program owners are not recruiters. You do not need to send your resume directly to them. Rather, utilize the job board below and begin applying to positions that fit your skills. They can then help you get connected to the community further, potentially reach out to a local employer and let them know you applied, and pointing you toward any other local resources to support your job search.

This regional program includes Cheyenne County, Cloud County, Decatur County, Ellis County*, Ellsworth County, Gove County, Graham County, Jewell County, Lincoln County, Logan County, Mitchell County, Norton County, Osborne County, Ottawa County, Phillips County, Rawlins County, Republic County, Rooks County, Russell County, Sheridan County, Sherman County, Smith County, Saline County*, Thomas County, Trego County, and Wallace County.

Am I eligible?
The Northwest Kansas Region is recruiting job-seekers who:
Currently reside outside of the 26 county Northwest Kansas Region
Commit to moving to the 26 county Northwest Kansas Region for at least one year
Please note: You can work in Salina or Hays, KS, but you must live elsewhere in Saline or Ellis County.
Will secure full-time employment earning at least $30,000 annually in the 26 county Northwest Kansas Region
Will provide employment and residency documentation to confirm eligibility
Are 18 years or older
Remote workers, gig workers and self-employed workers are not eligible
