💰 Financial Support
Direct financial incentives and banking benefits that help ease the transition and support long-term financial stability. This includes the $6,000 relocation award, $500 off closing costs through Spencer County Bank, and a $500 certificate of deposit from Freedom Bank, along with additional perks for opening an account with German American Bank.

Spencer County is currently recruiting job-seekers who:
Make at least $20,000 in their current employment and will secure new full-time employment earning at least $50,000 annually in Indiana for the entirety of the program term
Are 18 years or older
Currently reside outside of Indiana
Will relocate primary residence to Spencer County within 6 months
Will provide employment and residency documentation to determine eligibility
Remote workers, gig workers and self-employed workers are not eligible

How It Works
This community is participating in the MakeMyMove on-platform application process. Apply in a few minutes. You’ll receive a response to your application, and will have access to a team to help along the way.

2. Get Pre-Approved
Qualifying applicants will receive an introduction to the local sponsors of the program who will answer your questions, and help you decide if the community is the right fit.
3. Confirm Eligibility
Once you’ve been selected, we’ll confirm your eligibility for the program and facilitate a formal offer from the community.
4. Accept and Make Your Move
Accept your offer to reserve your spot in the program, and let us know when you arrive to receive the incentive.
