MakeMyMove is the first-ever marketplace connecting movers with relocation programs, provided by communities across the country actively recruiting new residents. We help you find the right place and get there, and we help communities grow through talent attraction.
How do I qualify for relocation programs?
Each program has its own specific requirements, so be sure to review the Eligibility Requirements section for the ones you're interested in. Most are geared toward remote workers or job-seekers, so you’ll want to find the best fit for your situation. In general, to qualify, you must be 18 years or older, able to lawfully work in the United States, commit to moving for a minimum amount of time, and have a minimum annual income as defined by each program. In most cases, only one person per household can apply and qualify. That person will need to complete the application, verify their details, and receive an official offer in order to participate.
What is a remote worker?
Remote workers are employed full-time and typically do their jobs from a computer. They can work from their house, an office, a co-working space, coffee shop, maybe sometimes from the bleachers at their kids' swim meet. Remote workers who have moved through our programs have titles like Customer Service Agent, Software Engineer, Insurance Advisor, and more. Examples of roles that aren't considered remote include Delivery Driver, Mechanic, and Cashier.
