Latasha, a born-and-raised Eastern Kentuckian, is passionate about sharing the magic of her home with newcomers. She'll be your personal guide, answering your questions, connecting you with resources, and ensuring your smooth transition to mountain living. With Latasha's support, you'll quickly feel like a local.

“Fun Fact: I used to own a bakery here in Eastern Kentucky! In fact, I still receive calls from locals asking if they can put in an order for my famous Cream Horns.”

Eligibility Requirements

Eastern Kentucky is currently recruiting remote workers who:

  • Are employed full-time and able to relocate while retaining their current position, or

  • Are self-employed and able to relocate while retaining their current clients/portfolio

  • Currently reside outside of Kentucky

  • Must be a U.S citizen eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Can relocate primary residence to Eastern Kentucky within 6 months

  • Earn at least $70,000 annually

  • In order to be considered by Eastern Kentucky, you must provide proof of the above eligibility criteria

How It Works

Once you’ve been selected, we’ll confirm your eligibility for the program and facilitate a formal offer from the community.

4. Accept and Make Your Move

Accept your offer to reserve your spot in the program, and let us know when you arrive to receive the incentive.
