If you land an in-person job paying $75,000 or more anywhere in or around West Memphis, and commit to living in West Memphis, AR, you could be eligible for a cash incentive of $5,000 (if renting) or $10,000 (if buying a home) to support your relocation.

Commit to moving to West Memphis, AR for at least one year
Already have or will secure full-time employment earning at least $75,000 annually anywhere in or around West Memphis (this done mean that a person can find a job in Memphis, TN and be eligible as long as they move to West Memphis)
Will provide employment and residency documentation to confirm eligibility
Are 18 years or older
Remote workers, gig workers and self-employed workers are not eligible
