West Lafayette

Richland

Located deep in the heart of the Columbia Valley, and at the junction of the scenic Columbia and Yakima Rivers, the City of Richland, Washington, joins neighboring cities Pasco and Kennewick to form the Tri-Cities area of Washington state. The region is widely known for growing high-quality produce, an abundance of fresh salmon that spawn in local rivers, and as a hub for Pacific Northwest wineries, including the widely popular Barnard Griffin and Goose Ridge wineries. In fact, Richland features over 7,000 hectares planted with wine grapes, and residents can attend regular wine-tasting events and tours. The City of Richland offers a little something for everyone. The Richland Community Center — located adjacent to Howard Amon Park and overlooking the Columbia River — serves as a hub for community meetings and gatherings, weddings and events, and the site of the Richland Fall Carnival. Other notable attractions include the Spudnut Shop, as featured on Travel Channel’s Donut Paradise; Octopus’ Garden, a popular novelty store; and Richland Parkway, a business district teeming with local restaurants and markets. Looking to get away? The Tri-Cities Airport offers several daily nonstop flights to Seattle, as well as trips to San Francisco, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Denver, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and more. Richland residents can also drive to major cities like Seattle, Spokane, and Portland, Oregon, in less than a half-day’s drive.

Camarillo

Located an hour north of Los Angeles, Camarillo offers a laid-back lifestyle with small-town charm. 

Learn about local history at the Pleasant Valley Historical Society and see some historic combat aircraft in action at the Commemorative Air Force Aviation Museum. Enjoy a hike along the Bridlewood Trail or play a few holes at the Camarillo Springs Golf Course, then cool off in the pool at the Pleasant Valley Aquatic Center. Dig into dishes made from locally sourced seafood and produce at Lure Fish House, then relax with one of the boutique distillery creations at Camarillo Craft Spirits.

Located less than an hour east of Camarillo, Hollywood Burbank Airport offers direct flights to New York, Chicago, Austin, and more. 

Gulfport

Located in the Gulfport of Mississippi, Harrison County was voted America’s Most Affordable Beach Town in 2018 by Realtor.com. 

Don’t be fooled into thinking affordability means a lack of amenities. Besides having some of the best white-sand beaches, Harrison County is also known for its downtown nightlife, superb museums, bike trails, world-class libraries, symphony, theatre, casinos, and golf courses. In fact, they have 15 golf courses! If you're a foodie, look no further. 

Known for some of the best seafood in the country, you will find everything from casual dining all the way up to the finest of restaurants. If all of that is not enough, Harrison County is known as a wonderful place to raise a family.

Fulshear

Rural charm just minutes away from bustling Houston and Sugar Land, but without the congestion? Sounds too good to be true, but “Small Town Charm meets Urban Sophistication” is exactly what makes Fulshear so unique and inviting. 

The city limits of Fulshear stretch across approximately 10 square miles of beautiful landscape including rolling terrain dotted with century-old hardwoods, grassy prairie land, and serene lowlands along the banks of the Brazos River. 

Primarily a farm and ranch community with a growing commercial district (the town has boomed since 2010 when the population was a mere 400), Fulshear offers its residents a relaxed, country lifestyle with the convenience of being minutes from major shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. Fulshear boasts a premier address featuring the highest per capita income and educational attainment in the area but equally offers a town rich in history.

Fairfax County

With 1,150,309 people calling Fairfax County home, it’s the most populous jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It borders both the City of Alexandria and Arlington County and forms part of the suburban ring of Washington, D.C. Fairfax was the first U.S. county to reach a six-figure median household income. Due to its proximity to the nation’s capitol, many goverment organizations are located here such as the Central Intelligence Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, National Reconnaissance Office, as well as several Fortune 500 companies. While primarily suburban in character, the county is also home to rural areas, offering a plethora of options for activities – from parks to ample landmarks (Mount Vernon), shopping, dining, cultural experiences and much more. The beautiful Fairfax County lies in the Piedmont region, which boasts rolling hills and deep stream valleys such as Difficult Run and its tributaries. As you move westward, the hills give way to a flat, gentle valley which stretches to the Bull Run Mountains in neighboring Loudoun County. Corpus Christi

Britt

Located in north-central Iowa, the city of Britt prides itself as a tight-knit community with a knack for hospitality and fellowship. Once a meager stop on the Chicago, Milwaukee, and St. Paul rail lines, Britt officially became a city in 1881. Today, more than 2,000 residents call Britt home. Located two hours away, Des Moines International Airport offers daily nonstop flights to exciting destinations like San Diego, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., New York City, Orlando, Denver, and more.

Costa Mesa

Situated in the idylic Orange County of southern, sunny California, Costa Mesa, the “City of Arts”, is the perfect place to work, live, eat, play – and just about anything else you can dream up. 

The diverse city has rapidly grown from a semi-rural farming community to an urban area. Costa Mesa is located 37 miles southeast of Los Angeles and 87 miles northwest of San Diego and caters to millions of visitors the OC welcomes annually. Located in northeast Oklahoma, Broken Arrow offers small-town charm and a relaxed, suburban lifestyle. Lafayette

The seat of Tippecanoe County in west-central Indiana, Greater Lafayette is rich with history, tradition, and beauty. A multi-faceted Midwestern community, Lafayette features a vibrant and growing downtown bustling with local shops and restaurants. 

Situated on the Wabash River, Lafayette offers plentiful outdoor activities, including over 40 parks and extensive trail systems. Lufkin

Rocky Mount

Franklin County, Virginia, is situated in the western piedmont, providing a nice variety of both flatlands on the east and the Blue Ridge Mountain peaks on the west. The county is nestled between two lakes, Philpott and Smith Mountain, giving the area its moniker of the “Land Between the Lakes and the Blue Ridge Mountains.”

Nearly every type of architecture can be found in homes in Franklin County, Virginia, from historic Queen Anne and traditional farmhouses to log cabins and modern-built houses. Gallatin

Located less than 30 miles from Nashville in Middle Tennessee, Gallatin serves as a suburb in the greater metropolitan area. With access to Cumberland River just to the north, this area of Tennessee is well-known for its natural beauty and provides ample opportunity to get out and enjoy the great outdoors, from hiking, biking, and kayaking to golfing and fishing. Campers and anglers love spending time at Bledsoe Creek State Park, located next to Old Hickory Lake with over six miles of hiking trails, and fitness buffs can workout on the paved jogging trails at Station Camp Greenway. Situated on 1,200 acres, fish Claremore Lake, or bike the 15-mile Claremore Mountain Bike Trail located along the lake’s east bank. Check out Will Rogers Park and cool off at the seasonal splash pad. Place a bet on your favorite horse at Will Rogers Downs or try your luck at the Cherokee Casino. 

Just 20 minutes away, the Tulsa International Airport offers direct flights to several popular destinations, including Miami, Washington, D.C., Nashville, and Chicago.

Dublin
